Assess a person’s health (including
past medical history), wellness, postural stability, anthropometric
measurements and goals in order to identify areas that need improvement.
Identify physical areas that need
improvement. In addition to identifying limitations the Exercise Physiologist
helps the person to identify weaknesses and possibilities, thereby helping
them maintain a positive outlook.
Implement a rehabilitation and exercise
program to strengthen the injured area or clients well-being and health.
Monitor a person’s progress
and regularly re-assess to determine improvement, altering the program
to ensure continued improvement.
Recommend changes to the person’s
lifestyle and environment to allow them to implement for themselves
the techniques they have learnt throughout their program.
