Vocational Assessments involve a series of tests and interviews to assess an individual to aid in rehabilitation, staff selection, personal development, or career change.

Assessment tools used include:

• Personality Testing

• Interests Testing
• Functional Capacity Assessments (for physical injury if required)

Testing takes into account:

• Physical limitations or injury
• Emotional limitations or injury
• Preferred work environment

All Vocational Assessments are conducted by fully trained Psychologists. The Psychometric tools used are developed by the Psychological Corporation and Australian Council for Educational Research Limited (ACER) who have compulsory user qualifications and training procedures with which testing personnel must comply.
