Vocational/Career Guidance involves testing and interviews with a Smart Rehab Psychologist. Its central goal is to help participants gain a sense of clear direction as well as practical advice on how to maximise their chances of a fulfilling and successful career.

Career Guidance is appropriate for people considering:

• Full/ Partial Career change
• Re-entering the workforce after extended absence
• Secondary and tertiary leavers

Specific and realistic career options are detailed with advice on attaining qualifications, explaining employment opportunities, and application for jobs.

Staff Selection:

Smart Rehab offer Psychological Appraisals for the following;

• To aid short listing in the staff selection process.
• To identify strengths and weaknesses, and personality traits that are essential to succeed in the position.
• To assist in the personal development of current Staff.

Smart Rehab also offers half day training courses for individuals and organizations including;

• Communication and Assertiveness Skills
• Self Confidence
• Job search and interview skills
